It was my 2nd time travel to Europe when I was 28, I went to Barcelona and Amsterdam. I was staying in my friend place in Barcelona, that was 1st time I felt like I am independent because my friend just left me in the house and he had gone for business trip.
I had never so surprised the building such beautiful and impress me that much in Barcelona. And I remember that was a 1st time I joined in the protest and all the public transport wasn't available but I hadn't realised it was happening and start to walk from my place to somewhere. (I usually start by walk in day time and take public transport to home at night.)
I had never being a part of the protest, it wasn't scared me actually, and I was very excited to be in there, I took a lot of pictures of people what they doing and there was smoking from the burning everywhere. I slowly to walk around until it was night time 9pm, I was thinking time to head back, then I found out No public transport today!!!! So I had walked nearly an hour to home and that day I think I had done 11 hours walking. In Barcelona, there have a lot of famous artist, I came because of Dali but the most famous is Picasso and after I went to Barcelona I think in the world the best architect is Gudi.
Barcelona is a very beautiful city I hope I can go there again.
After 14 days in Spain, I f to AMS from 22 degree change to 9 degree I was freezing in AMS airport. Because the fly been delayed I rang and email to the hostel while I was in the plane so when I arrived the hostel, I rang the door bell but NO ONE answer! I was so scared that I might need to sleep in the street with my luggage, but lucky that there had a girl just back then she share her bed with me that night, and I remember when I was half of sleep, she gave me a little bag, it was weed!
If I tell you I went to AMS and didn't smoke any joint that's lie! The first 2 days I when to coffee shop with my room mate, some of them from British some from other country. I feel so lucky in 3rd I met a girl who's also came by single and smoking in coffee shop, so I run to her and said hello, from that day, we stuck together all the time.
Ali come from British who had a curls hair, we walked around Red Light District and laughing of the sex toys, we kind of drunk everyday and night, Now I just thinking how silly and crazy we were.
I went to AMS also because of the Ann Frank House, I had read her diary which is very interesting to me, and I been to a few art galleries, the one I really like is a painter Rembrandt I knew him because when I was study photography.
I'll love Amsterdam unless it was not too cool, otherwise it feels the same as Australia have a lot of farm and own dairy and there very impress me is most people ride bicycle instead of driving. At lase is more healthy and save the environment. I wish one day Perth could happen like that.
